Using Taskitect
Taskitect provides tools for creating, organising, managing and collaborating on tasks and related information.
You may use Taskitect only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any laws and regulations that apply to you or your organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You should provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use Taskitect to upload, distribute or store unlawful, harmful or malicious content.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Taskitect, another user's account, or any systems or networks connected to the service.
Automated access, excessive requests or other activity that could interfere with the operation of Taskitect may be restricted.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information and content that you add to Taskitect, including tasks, notes, attachments and other materials.
You give us permission to process and store this content where necessary to provide and maintain the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or share content through Taskitect.
Organisations and collaboration
Some Taskitect features allow you to collaborate with other users or participate in an organisation.
Information you share within an organisation may be visible to other members depending on their roles and permissions. Organisation administrators may also be able to manage access to content and user accounts associated with their organisation.
Availability of the service
We aim to keep Taskitect available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.
We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, security updates, technical problems or improvements to the service.
Changes to Taskitect
We may add, modify or remove features as Taskitect develops.
Where a significant change affects how you use the service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Taskitect if an account is used in breach of these terms, presents a security risk, or is used in a way that could harm the service or other users.
You may stop using Taskitect at any time and, where available, request the closure of your account.
Intellectual property
Taskitect, including its software, interface, branding and other materials provided as part of the service, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Use do not grant you ownership of Taskitect or any intellectual property associated with the service.
Third-party services
Taskitect may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites and services.
We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
Taskitect is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
